We went to the store to look at some tiles with low expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly way we were treated, and they took the time to understand what we were looking for, and then showing us the tiles based on our input. This was completely a different experience than at home depot or other such places. We ended up buying a number of other renovation products as a result of the personalized approach, and have since gone back for other things. They may not have the large variety of products, but it is a real pleasure to go there and look at their products, as they are cheaper, and

We came across this store by chance because of a street sign. Luckily we did. The service here is phenomenal, staff are super friendly and the prices are more than reasonable. It is a complete pleasure to shop here and a welcome relief from the big box stores around. A special shout out to Rayan, for your always outstanding assistance and patience. I highly recommend checking this store out and I am most certain they will not disappoint.
What an incredible experience. The customer service here is unbeatable! Went in not knowing exactly what we needed and the employees helped us along the way. Even with the lockdown, we were able to order and get our stuff cut and even loaded into the car by the employees. Highly recommend this place, you can’t get better service anywhere !
I had the best experience learning about and buying my flooring from Mike and Akren at the Ottawa store. This even during all of the challenges of Covid-19! They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the various products that I was interested in. Delivery was excellent, timely and done right. We didn't even know that this place existed... Thanks to our contractor, we found this gem of a store... purchased new Vinyl Click flooring ... the service we experienced was excellent! The people that we dealt with were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and the store was clean. Definitely worth 5 stars (in our opinion that is)... thank you COSMAROMA Ottawa for our beautiful new SunRoom flooring. We ABSOLUTELY love it and will most certainly let people know about your store.
