I have now used country choice cookers twice. Both of these times were for reconditioned Rayburn Royals. Each time I placed an order Warren was helpful with information on the Rayburns and ensured that he could meet my needs. The first Rayburn was for a left hand oven Rayburn Royal and then the second was for a right hand oven. Both orders were placed in the run up to Christmas however Warren pulled out all the stops for getting the Rayburns reconditioned and prepared In time for Christmas, all wit top quality workmanship. Warren is helpful and happily answers questions to queries. If I need another Rayburn or need support for parts and queries I will always to go country choice cookers. Thank you.

Whilst my purchase of a used Rayburn 480AG was simple enough as was the support given to the delivery. I was, extremely disappointed by the lacklustre approach and quite frankly appalling after sales support. The Rayburn arrived damaged (see pics). Immediately approached the company , who did their level best to ignore the problems hoping, I suspect that it went away. I have chased and chased, until i was at my wits end. Never use this company, unless you are happy to accept poor service from people who don't care.
Excellent mail order service. Website had the part that I wanted, and it was easy to order for next-day APC delivery. The item came well packed - a box within a box - with paper insulation to protect it. Everything included - nuts, bolts, insulating rope. Lovely finish on the paintwork. I am VERY PLEASED with every aspect of the service, and I WILL be ordering again from this firm.

Didn't return my calls or e-mails and were very rude and impolite over the phone when i finally got hold of them. Definitely need better telephone staff.
