As many other dairy queen locations do, this one also suffers from machines that have their temperature set too high, resulting in super soft runny ice cream. Can't finish a small cone before it just turns to liquid. 3rd visit, 3rd fail. Off my visit list. And don't reply by saying its because of the high traffic... on two occasions I was the only one in the store. Either its set too high, or if it is set to a lower proper temperature then maybe the compressor needs a recharge....

Though it is far away from where I reside, but thank goodness I can still order my goodies via Skipthedishes. This particular franchise carries 'Strawberry Cheesecake' which is my favourite, so that's why I reach out to it via phone, place an order, and then order via Skipthedishes so I know that what I ordered will be there for delivery. How smart of me! Hehe. No, but seriously, the restaurant owner seems like a Desi fellow--and, a Desi business owner knows how to please their customers. I usually add flaming burger , which is quite tender and juicy. And then, I attack my cake and turn into a giant happy hippo before hitting the sac. Next day, I consume some more dose of lovely cake, and so on until it's finished. Their little orange vanilla popsicles are also to die for! As you can see from the pictures how much I DQ. It helps me keep my body functioning.
Slow service for lunch time and not being busy. Food good though.
Back again and again.. This place is the best DQ in Ottawa. We are lucky we live so close. Very clean inside, very nice employees who do their very best to make your experience Dillyiscious
Love Dairy Queen. Went specifically to try the Girl Guide Chocolaty Mint cookie blizzard and it did not disappoint! This location was excellent, very friendly staff and fast service.
