Love the place, my last pizza was a little over cooked well burnt to a crisp. On a serious note the pizza was fine just a dam shame the place burnt down. Would have hoped it be open again by now as this is my favourite kebab in Gloucester. Hope yo see you open again soon Ali.

Food was promptly delivered 35mins after ordered online arrived nice and hot and not greasy at all . Highly recommend anything from here been coming here for years and never had a problem , used to drive into town after a night out and sit outside in car eating.

After ordering and paying at 9.55 its now 00.03 and we still have no food. We have tried constantly phoning. No one is picking up the phone. This is appauling no food and 19 quid down with no way of contacting to find out whats going on. Its clear we are not getting the food we paid for.

Really impressed with the service tonight. Ordered at 7.30pm and food is here already piping hot too. I've tried many kebabs around Gloucester as it's my favourite fri/sat night treat and non have been as tasty as this place. One or two others on the other side of the road have not been as nice. Their food was OK but not that great. The meat was so juicy and they cooked the pitta bread just how I like it nice and crispy. The driver was polite and very friendly if you fancy a nice tasty kebab then I would highly recommend them. Will be going here again

I have used this place of years and have always had good service apart from tonight me and my friend stood for over half an hour waiting for our food watching people coming after us and get served before us and then while standing and watching we realised watching the staff bully other staff one guy was stood there shouting at the other two guys to do all the work I felt so sorry for them like it was slave labour. They looked absolutely shattered and overworked while some other guy just stood there shouting at them absolutely disgusting .sort it out mate it's not only me noticed this

Absolutely appalling service! Firstly ordered online and then rang up to pay by card as you can’t do it online only to be told no order placed and then hung up! Phoned bk and I guess the manager said it was a new guy who I spoke to and did apologise. Our order had been placed and would be 20-30mins. The driver turned up 1h 15mins later to then find pizza we ordered was missing. Rang bk and was told the driver had it on him and would get him to drive bk, then had a phone call from the delivery driver to say he was just leaving the shop! (Was never sent out in the first place) pizza delivered 2hrs after original order placed! JOKE!!!!!!!!!!
