Woke up feeling ill, my partner called the surgery and we were invited down straight away. Seen by Doctor very promptly and referred to hospital for later that morning. Fantastic service, thank you

Moved into the area and tried to get an appointment for our baby that was less than two weeks old and was told not possible until her parents had registered then we had to wait 24 hrs then we could register her and make an appointment , this was explained to me in an unsympathetic and patronising manor buy the receptionist !!!
