Excellent bike shop. Owner very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Giant bikes. Wife rode on the bike (2021 giant Liv Rove) and adjustments made. Also took up the offer of a stand which is a useful accessory. Very happy to buy a new bike there. Would recommend.

Booked my bike in (a few weeks in advance) for an intermediate service at a reasonable price, was greeted bye Graham and his colleague in a friendly manner. He gave my bike a once over, rear brake pads needed replacing along with a few other bits which he confirmed the price for doing. I look forward to picking up my bike soon.
