The most amazing caring staff that do all they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have so much respect for all NHS staff and the effort they put in to care for us. Edward Jenner Unit goes above and beyond in caring for everyone., much love to you all. X

Been many many times having had chemotherapy and yes it’s busy and yes you have to wait. All the people who award 1 star clearly think they are more special than everyone else. Think yourself lucky we have an NHS and you don’t have to pay for your own health care. Perhaps if patience is your problem maybe it’s worth taking up a private healthcare plan. You’ll soon be back sat waiting. Sit down. Shut up and wait your turn

I have tried to access the Edward Jenner unit at 15.45 for bloods. Only to be met with the doors locked and a note on the door reading “the centre was close due to high demand”. I was advised to use the unit by my GP because it will be “quicker” in terms of having the bloods done and getting results which will be needed for my next GP appointment. What a complete waste of my time; having had to leave work early and travel across Gloucester to ensure that I would be well within the opening hours of the unit, I can honestly say I am truly disappointed. I’m just hoping that when I try again next week I will have more success.

Could not fault the unit. I was in and out within ten minutes. They all do a fantastic job, quickly, efficiently and with minimum fuss. Thank you to all who work in the unit, the hospital and the NHS.

Never had a problem, its a very busy department, but vital so take a ticket and wait, cant stand negative comments about the nhs, soon moan if we lost it and had to pay

Nurses are lovely. Yes it can get busy around midday but all things considered they're great esp considering the NHS cuts they're still running

Really poor state of affairs. Had to walk away because I wasn’t sure when I’d be seen. Normally, it literally takes a few minutes to take blood but frustratingly other patients were taking far longer. Not helped by the two tier system of tickets and booked in patients. Also, and this is going to be controversial but my perception was the sense of apathy and a lack of focus from the nurses as they seem to be milling around and not getting on with the job!
