Travelled up from London yesterday and bought a great car. Dave of Elite was most professional and helpful from get go..from our calls we initially made and throughout our time on site. No pressure, friendly and helpful, even threw in a new battery ! Husband done a test drive by himself, Covid regs observed ! And to top it off, Dave called us at 8.30 pm just as we arrived back home to London ( long day & drive but worth it ) to ensure all was well..Great after care customer service !

David Webb was easily contacted and fast response to calls and emails. he allowed us time to view and test drive the car (covid regs ) and none of that typical pushy sales man stuff. highly recomend visiting this garage if your looking for quality cars friendly staff and a fair price , keep up the good work lads. I am so impressed with the professionalism, excellent communication skills and friendly nature I found in Dave Webb, the member of staff who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and 'went the extra mile'. There was no 'pushiness' or 'hard sell' which I really appreciated. Also, very kindly applied NHS discount ,even though offer had just expired. Very pleased with the car which was reasonably priced and also the 3 month warranty available which was included in the deal. I would really recommend Elite Autos.
