Excellent service, the dogs love it
like
We've used these kennels 3 times now and our dog always appears to be well looked after. I was disappointed the last time (Oct 2019) though. When I dropped our dog off I was asked if I would like him to be walked? I thought that would be part of the basic service. Then I was told I have to pay an additional 5 (cash only )For each walk. Probably won't go back now. Shame.
My dog stayed here for 2 weeks, she was well looked after, would highly recommend
My dog had a three night stay - he is nearly thirteen and it was his first time in kennels. He was obviously glad to be collected but had been fine. The staff were reassuring and everything seemed very professional.
