Arranged survey for between 10am and noon a week before. On morning of survey text message informed me they would be here between 11.30 and 12.30. No reply to text was possible. I had to phone office to say I had to leave at 12.15 for hospital appointment. Was told surveyor would attend earlier. After leaving for appointment surveyor rang at 12.16 to say he was at my house but nobody home????? I wonder why??? Companies need to get their act together if they want to get good reviews

Express removals made what would have been a stressful day extremely smooth. They arrived slightly early which I was very happy about too. All my stuff was loaded with plenty of time to spare so I was able to clean the house thoroughly for my buyer. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

Our original mover let is down the day before our house move and Express Removals were willing and able to move us the next day. Gail confirmed that they could help us quickly and efficiently. The team arrived early the next morning with 2 vans, as estimated by Stewart at the time of his quotation and our move was completed with no difficulty or problems. The team were friendly, professional and hardworking. I would thoroughly recommend Express to anyone as I could not fault their service in any way.
