Store managers - at least at the Kanata location - are doing a very poor job of protecting shoppers from the risk of the pandemic by failing to properly control the number of people in the store crowded in and darting all around the produce section. Moreover, the store manager "Izzy" seems more interested in quoting chapter and verse than in actually addressing - much less assuaging - customer concerns. Store limits may technically be 25% of regular capacity. But when virtually ALL of those people are crowded in one small section of the store it makes a mockery of provincial guidelines thst seek to protect citizens. Smarten up, Farmboy! You can - and should - do better.
I love the Farm Boys stores but am very dissatisfied with the one in Peterborough, Ontario. I would love to see this location have a total make over and open like the one in Pickering or Whitby . I travel to Whitby and Pickering just to buy from their location because you can not compare these two locations to the one in Peterborough. Please look into the badly ruin location in Peterborough. Thanks. Hopefully this review finds it easy to the right people.
Seeing Alex (female) at entrance of Montreal Road today was delightful! Despite being visually challenged, I remember her from a visit long ago because she has that perfect balance of being amazingly helpful yet not fawning or smothering while assisting guests. Thank you
Farm Boy Barrhaven has no respect for people of color! Why is it that a company that is 80% people of color has a 100% white management team? There are no managers that are black. in fact there are only a few black employees and when I bring this up I see fear in their eyes. "careful what you talk about"! This is crazy! Black Lives Matter
The quality of the products, fresh or elaborated, is getting worst, but not the prices. It is very unfortunate, not a good thing. If it continues on this path, I'll definitely shop else where.
