Absolute joke! Poor Food and disgraceful customer service! Paid 23.20 for two takeaway large breakfasts and a sausage baguette. Was not until I got back to the office and my colleagues picked through the breakfast that we discovered how appalling it was. The sausages were barely cooked, the bacon was barely killed, the eggs were burnt, and the black pudding was literally a pile of crumbs. I took the baguette back as proof after being offered a full refund on the phone from Jenny only to be told I would need to go through the bin at work and collect the contents as proof if I wanted a refund on them as well. Been using Farmhouse for years and have to say the Southgate St branch is giving a bad name for the great reputation Northgate St has built up.
Had a sausage roll and a Yorkshire pudding wrap. Great food.

Had to walk out after two grannies pushed in and were served before other customers waiting...and then they ran out of potato. Terrible service.
