(www.first-class-solutions.com) Founder and lead consultant Lou Burridge has been involved in many different aspects of education over the past 13 years and is perhaps unique in that she is able to view school life from a number of different perspectives having been a parent, governor, Clerk to Governors, Chair of Governors, Headteacher’s PA and Administrator for a group of 40 schools, working closely with staff at all levels in the different schools. She is experienced in training staff, being a trainer for the Gloucestershire County Council Governor Services team. She also regularly delivers safeguarding training to school staff on behalf of the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Board.
