Was greeted by 2 extremely polite gentlemen who were really respecting the virus via social distancing, Sanitising and making sure I followed the rules. Which was extremely appreciated. I explained what I was looking for and my budget. No pressure selling was applied and I was explained how each bit of equipment had pros and cons. I will 100% return if I need anything. I hope the 2 guys had a great Christmas and wish them a great new year.

Superb service - Darren was great in ensuring I got my kit (even when I messed up the collection date!) Great piece of equipment, excellent quality and top class customer service. Fantastic pricing and a wide range, there is no where better to buy from.

Ordered an eliptical Cross trainer from this website in mid January & delivery was on time but once product was assembled it was defective, making a large scraping noise. Got in touch with the company immediately and still 2 weeks later no luck, I still have the broken product and no one is getting back to me. I have kindly asked for a refund and still no reply. Would not recommend buying from this retailer, customer service is appalling. The equipment cost over 500! Will be taking this further. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!

I made a purchase online. A week later the items come and they are incorrect. They take forever to respond to emails and when they do they just talk about resolving the issue then they don't actually do anything to resolve the issue. They offered to send out the items I actually ordered but they never did then they stopped responding again. I would avoid buying here!

My partner bought an elliptical crosstrainer from fitness superstore in mid January and was delivered on time. However after putting the equipment together we found that it was making a large scratching noise coming specifically from the base of the machine which comes pre assembled. We began to contact fitness superstore immediately but in the space of 2 and a half weeks we have barely received a reply and when we do get hold of someone either via a live chat or on the phone. We are sent in circles trying to get hold of the right people or they hide behind the manufacturer telling us it is their responsibility to sort it. Customer service is almost non existent and embarrassing to say the least. You should not be operating if you are not capable to sort out our issues. A disgrace of a company. I would actively tell people to not use this company.

Worst after sales service I have ever experienced! Bought an expensive treadmill at the end of January and had a problem with it in May. After weeks of nagging and trying to escalate the issue the engineer finally came out at the very end of July. Repaired part of the treadmill but told me he had to leave for his next job leaving me to finish off the full repair. After many months of persistent emails I have been promised a small amount of compensation but cannot get a response to confirm it. They take months to answer enquiries! Do yourself a favour if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration, purchase your equipment elsewhere. I’ve had enough of fitness superstore so I am currently in the process of preparing a case for the financial ombudsman. Hopefully they will respond faster once the ombudsman is involved!

My order was originally slated to take 7-14 working days to be delivered. I have just received an email saying it will now be another 7 working days. 21 working days to deliver something isn't good enough. Given how much they charge for delivery it is even more unacceptable. I won't be buying from here again.
