Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars - I am so impressed. Dave picked my broken laptop up in the morning and had it back to me early afternoon the same day fully up and running. First class service and workmanship, which is even more impressive given the current circumstances and that everything in the UK has pretty much come to a standstill... Absolute lifesaver and so pleased I can work from home again now - thanks so much! Will definitely be using Fusion again for any more IT repairs/support.

Well for 2 weeks i struggled with my laptop. Emails were not coming through. I was getting stressed as a self employed person and student. Needing my laptop daily. I kept getting annoying pop ups and it was so slow. I came across Dave at Fusion and hes helped me twice now and within 10 minutes of remotely accessing securely my laptop he sorted it. I feel a huge weight has been lifted. I am going to now contact him in next 6 months to get my laptop installations upgradated. Hes now my go to for laptop stress. Recommended 100%. Prompt. I recently had an issue with one of our laptops, it was going incredibly slow and wasting a lot of our time whilst trying to load up! FBS LTD did a sterling job by installing new RAM and making changes to the laptop to increase the speed of the machine and security. We are incredibly happy with the end result and our laptop is like a brand new machine and about a hundred times faster! This also saved us about 300 in having to change the machine - so it was a win win situation all round! Thank you Dave and his team!
