We had quite a while to wait as Carly, the young sales person was on her own dealing with the customers, which wasn't her fault. However when we were served, Carly was excellent, very professional, and knows her job inside out. Just awaiting the details of a fitter coming out.

Excellent choice of sofas and beds, no pushy sales guys, ended up purchasing a Nicole corner suite package at less than half the price bigger shops were selling it for.
Never answer the phone. Ordered 2 products in October and still waiting for delivery
Waste of time. Waited over an hour while girl on desk couldn't seem to get to grips with her own pricings during which time 5-6 fitters were milling around swearing loudly in front of customers including a mother and child. Seemed to be totally disorganised. We got fed up with girl being easily side tracked. Shame really as they probably had what we wanted. By the way, none of the staff were wearing masks!
