Closing schools 4 days before a hurricane that's ended up a tropical storm ....now parents have to change work schedules and kids will have to make up days.....for NO reason. Tighten up G town.

Staff are very rude! The dress code is only enforced on some females not all. They give an exception to females that are overweight which is completely obscured! Females can wear leggings just as long as they are not see through. Many teachers are very offensive and quite redundant. For example the teacher Jennifer Haydon is very rude to many of her students and always has an attitude as do many other teachers. She is constantly on her phone and complains about everything. She is not a good teacher to say the least. She doesn’t teach all the material that she puts on tests and quizzes. She also doesn’t explain the material in a way you can understand. If I hear one more complaint from my children about this teacher or any other teachers I am reporting them to the board of education. Gloucester high school is not a good learning environment for children.

The school is very crowded and the teachers are underpaid. The budget is small. The budget mostly goes to the sports department. But, the theatre department is great! The teachers try very hard to help the students.

Gloucester High School was a lot of fun where boys found girls, everybody was interested in cars, parties, making time, and having babies, and falling in love!
