I went to this library as I needed to print off and scan some important documents. I was helped by a lovely lady called Elaine, who ai believe went above and beyond to help me with the scanning. It was fairly busy with regular members, but she still made it her duty to help me. Very efficient, professional and pleasant experience. I was greeted with a warm smile.

The biometrict system is a mess. Documents are not scanning properly to the Home Office. The whole system is a mess. Why should the people loose their 60 when it is their fault? refund the money back to customers. Why should the anyone loose their 1,300 pound when the Home Office website is at fault? Is this a scam? money do not grow on trees. Show some sympathy. Freedom of speech.
