Beautiful, peaceful, historic. But when there is a fantastic function, of which there are many, can't move, cannot PARK, cannot drive through city, and Gloucester is dirty! Come on city decision makers why can't you get it right and what are you wasting public money on, it certainly is not Gloucester City!
