Hit a pot hole on way home from work, came out in rush hour within 35 minutes and helped me back on my way. Very friendly service, couldn't fault at all. Would absolutely recommend, thanks for getting me back up and running!

Called them out for an emergency repair job on a Saturday afternoon. Whilst we appreciate the mechanic was friendly and worked an hour later than he should of for us, as he couldn't find a garage that was open to weld our wheel he did a 'bodge' job using an old tyre inner tube to 'get us on our way'. The tyre lasted less than 24 hours before hissing out air and going down, luckily when we were no longer on the motorway. 150 for a tyre repair job that lasted less than 24 hours?? We took the wheel into our local mechanic at home who simply couldn't believe they'd just put an old used inner tube in as a quick fix, and then the rust on our wheel had simply damaged it immediately and pierced the inner tube, thus leaving us back to square one with no tyre, and 150 poorer. When we contacted Gloucester tyres, to start with they were sympathetic and agreed it was an unfortunate and unfair situation and that a partial refund would be fair (we weren't asking for a full one, they did after all come out and provide some sort of service). However, when it came to the crunch they wanted us to POST the tyre back, which of course would have cost us far more than a partial refund anyway... Most importantly out of this whole debacle was the fact that if the tyre had suddenly gone when we were on the motorway it massively put our lives (and that of other drivers around us) in danger. Just for a 'quick fix'. They might be a good company if your repair is straight forward, however would NOT recommend on account they put us in a dangerous situation and have not taken any responsibility for this afterwards. Also have no email address to contact them with, so have gone ahead and posted this straight away online as a review.
Called these guy's who were quick to respond and had my tyre replaced in no time. Very polite and very good service. Would recomend.
