Took over 2 months to respond to an issue reported via the website, 6 months later the problem is still not sorted. You have to make an official complaint before they even begin to do anything.

Typical of a public service - cannot get hold of anyone in the Highways Dept because of Covid!! Any excuse to avoid work and avoid answering questions from the long-suffering paying public. What a joke - they are 'accepting' only emergency calls! Pathetic.
Two months to reply to an email. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Their phones don’t work and neither does their staff. A complete shambles of an organisation.
What a joke your better off dealing with a solicitor, to many departments to many offices no wonder council tax is so high
Reported two items one which I was told was not an issue (pavement impassable with pram due to overgrown vegetation forcing me to use the road) the second pothole in road which I was emailed to say it was now complete and it very much is not. Frustrating what are we paying for.

Contacted the company via email over a month ago to report damage to wheels and tyres due to pothole damage and havent heard a peep, complete waste of time.
Completely useless! Reported several issues to them recently and nothing gets done. Complete shambles of a company!
