The experience I had was horrific, the 2 stars on this review are for the amazing young lady Lucy, this girl looked like she single handily kept the department going, the NHS on the other hand totally failed her with no support and my 70 year old mum who spent 12 hours in a chair waiting to be seen and get her blood tests back. It was only this girls positive attitude that made the night sitting there bearable. The management of this hospital should really help there staff to do there job, with computers going down and equipment not working, this is not acceptable when I know so much money is getting pumped into the NHS.
