Indeed they really are very poor, and I write this as a retired local authority employee, if you are lucky enough to get hold of someone they take down your concerns - this is for someone that we hold power of attorney for - and promise to get back to you later in the day, but they never do - two weeks, and we are still waiting for the return call. I’m also experiencing problems with their invoicing, we only receive reminders and threats of legal proceedings, but we never receive the initial invoice - this has happened with every invoice - they say that it must have got lost in the post.

Forest of Dean is an absolute shower. No response to phone calls / messages. Unwilling to listen to anyone & very rude. Pity I couldn't give a zero star.
