Brilliant service, went in to get a bed, I need one that was good for my back as iv had surgery on my spine, the salesman went thru nearly every mattress, the pros and cons and cost , he also went thru colours of beds and time scale of how long it would take to come ,delivery in the area is free so that was good and he alsi said they'redelivery men would put tbe bed together for me, can't ask for better service ,will definitely be going back again ans elf recommend

On the one floor there is a man who is quite pushy about his products. Both my mother and I were talked over, he concentrated on my father by talking non-stop and directing him from product to product without so much as a pause, and when we told him we would have to come back with my brother as he is taller than us he said something along the lines of "no, no need to do that". Both my mother and I felt pressurised and were especially angry at being talked over. There was nothing wrong with the products themselves, they were good quality even if they don't fit with our house or requirements, and the other staff seemed welcoming enough and were there and available for us to talk to, but we will not be going back with my brother.
