Lance was excellent from start to finish in the process of buying my new Honda HRV. He made the experience of purchasing my new car a very pleasurable experience. Exactly why I avoid main dealers. Would give a zero rating if possible. Completely unhelpful service, overpriced and bare faced liars. Had an issue with my alarm which according to them needed a new sensor which no longer available. Appreciate that may be correct but they said I could not simply disable the siren as the error would cause my battery to be constantly drained. They even stated it was an essential safety feature so even if it could they would not do it. Not sure how an alarm is a safety feature. Facing a bill of hundreds of pounds even if I could track down a second hand part I was faced with the prospect of potentially scrapping the car, but not being in a position to buy a replacement, especially as I need a reliable car with a large boot for my disabled daughter's wheelchair, I enquired elsewhere and low and behold the siren has been disconnected with no battery drain. I love my Honda, it has been extremely reliable over the past 12 years and would, if I could afford to, replace with another. Pity then they are let down by shocking dealerships that give bad service and ruin their reputation.

Today i purchased a Honda civic from Heritage Honda. Mr Farmer sales Manager sent me two personal videos and explained all the features of the car, first class customer service , very professional and honest , told my friends and relatives today , they were amazed at the quality of the car and price paid. Even though I had to travel a considerable distance to arrive at show room it was a trip worth making . Thank you all at Heritage Honda for a truly great experience .
