hilty will not honor the warranty on the product I have laser level on box it say 20years manufacturer defect warranty. I got defective product Service person says it will not warrant because unit is 10 years old, more over defect warranty only in case they have track record of many units failing in a batch ... if its only one unit that purchaised failed they will not warranty.... And that it HILTI warranty...

Terrible service. Call centre staff barely speak english...Why can't we speak to the actual store?! Also bait and switch pricing - Online price doesn't match actual pricing in store. Who wants to pay 300 for a plastic case? I will make every effort to spec or use anything but hilti products going forward.

I'm not a contractor or involve in construction but i needed some concrete anchor to secure a work surface to the ground in a workshop. I came across a very friendly sale rep driving a red Hilti pick-up and he was genuinely motivated to help. He told me to go at the Ottawa store and they would be aple to help. I did just that and was impress by the store. Of course they are more focus on the business to business but when you see great customer service on a very small scale sale it show the level of dedication they commit to... very impress
Delivery experience with company is a joke . Sure there products are great but when it comes to have it delivered . There is no help from staff , and the delivery company is below par . This is the 4th day waiting .
Battery didn't last long, just outside warranty and 200 for a new one, 4 year old lightly used impact gun needs repair , 4 years old...told to buy a new one 450 . Used to be the best tools best service, now....ran the numbers -duration-cost and dewalt is way better
