Sup Homie

This prison holds almost exclusively sex offenders in very low security conditions. They regularly abscond and the police have to issue warnings to the public about the prisoners. One of the prisoners recently wandered out of the prison to a local school and tried to snatch a child! How this place can be allowed to exist is beyond me!
