Use this store a lot, stocks great products at great prices. Don't ever think you will go in for one thing as you end up coming out with more . Today's visit was very pleasant. I suffer with social anxiety and had a mini anxiety attack and needed to use the toilet. The checkout lady called for another colleague to come and show me the toilets. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

Staff very helpful and friendly, have assisted me nearly everytime I've been in.. My ONLY negative point is...if you ring up the staff answering the fone can NOT hear what you're saying as the music is far too loud. I rang everyday for 2 weeks looking for a particular item of stock and only once could the staff hear what I was saying. Please turn the music down

The store has a great range of products and staff is friendly. However, if you need to void some items of your shopping or returning items, that when the disappointment begins. Every time these happened, I had to wait a very long time for the manager to come and sort it out. One time it took 20 minutes. That is not exceptable.
