Over the last 9 years the quality of service has been excellent and provided with a friendly approach despite having to support and steer us through some very difficult situations. A fair and honest review of this company and the way that my greivance was dealt with, in my experience was anything but a fair decision. Having gone through what I can only describe as hell in the workplace with regards to a current female manager, I felt as though I was made out to be a liar due to lack of evidence, although everything was documented and recorded for the 18 months this was going on. Unfortunately, the team did not want to comment on what was going on, in fear of losing their job. Good luck to anyone else in this position, as unfortunately, I do not have any faith in this company and their working practices
