I've been attending Isa's Barre class every week for a few years and I still love it as much as I did the very first time. I've tried other classes and other instructors during this time but nothing compares to the experience I have with Isa. She really is an absolute expert, creating classes of exceptional quality. As a fitness instructor myself, I come to Isa for a focused, challenging workout that develops and maintains my full body strength and keeps me strong so I am able to work my body hard in my own classes. Isa's classes are so effective and always varied to keep it interesting. She's the best and I highly recommend you try a class - sooner rather than later!
