Only allowed 2 customers at a time, didn't have to wait long to go in. Had the special bread I wanted, always have lots of different foods to buy.

Good quality sandwiches made to order and traditional cakes. Friendly, cheerful staff. It pays to get here early, before 10.30, to have a chance of getting exactly what you want. Fairly good value for money but ask for the ‘deals’, usually on doughnuts. I can recommend the bacon plaits, sausage rolls and the Gloucester drips.
