My brother passed away on the 17th of December, as a family we wanted to veiw our brothers body to say goodbye, every time we rang there was always excuses why we couldn't go and veiw his body to say goodbye. Heartbroken of losing our brother, thesee funeral directors I would never recommend . We lost 3 loved ones before and we never had this trouble with our local funeral director, nothing was too much trouble could veiw whenever. Heartbroken
