We carry out many environmental drain surveys of commercial premises providing a fully mapped plan of the storm water and foul water systems and indicating any connections that may need to be changed. We can also provide drain maintenance with quarterly wash outs if required.

Highly recommended, cost effective, friendly, but professional service - I would like to share my experience of Just Surveys and say what an excellent service they provide. Last year we had our septic tank emptied and a jet blast of the pipes. The service was professional, swift and no problems, considering we have a tank in an awkward place to access, on a neighbors land, a lengthy distance from loo to tank and surrounded by trees. Unlike other companies we used in the past who added extra charges when they arrived on site - although I had explained distances and layout of septic tank. Just Surveys give a time slot and they actually arrived at the time they are booked in. Today, I have spoken to Sean after a minor blockage and he provided amazing advice and Just Surveys solved our issues inexpensively. Unlike other companies ........... Without my knowledge my other half contacted a few local firms, all of which advised that our tank required emptying (which this was not required). Another very well known national company wanted to charge 107 plus VAT per half an hour and the same amount for every half an hour after that just for a jet blast.
