I have been in this location a few times and Qiana is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I take a while before I am able to make a decision. I go to the store a few times and each time I go she takes her time with me and never rushes me. She made my jewelry buying experience very enjoyable, which says a lot because I hate spending money. Lol

I have been in twice in the last couple of weeks, once to have my ring inspected and again to get it back because I had to have it sent in. Jennifer found that my main diamond in my engagement ring was loose and sent it to be fixed. I went back in to get it and she got me to look at lots of different products. I liked her...she was very knowledgeable about anything you'd want to know about the jewelry...and I now have something to add to my Christmas list. :)

AWFUL!!! Stay away. Go anywhere... anywhere but here!!! Buy your items at Wal Mart, better quality, service, and customer care! Took my BRAND NEW never worn watch in for battery. They took back off, but screwed it on wrong. Said they had to send out, would be a "couple of days" now a week later they have no clue where it is. They REFUSED to call and see, if they could locate it. Also, REALLY wanted a Valentine promotional item. Instead the employees had no idea, or clue what they were despite hanging banners and handouts. They had no clue where items were located in the cases or the store.... or, even wherever they sent my watch, I am now certain, I will never see again!!!! Stay away! Employees are very dense. Only gave "one star" because there was no -negative options!!
