Called inquiring about a car. I live about 1.5 hours away in the same state. The sales manager presented me with one price for the vehicle and when asked if that was the best they could do she proceeded to tell me that if I was \local\ she would be willing to do more for me but since she had 3 other inquiry's on the same car that was the best she could do. She said she would rather sell the vehicle to someone local to earn repeat business. I seriously could not believe I was being discriminated against because of where I lived. Little did she know, I would drive 3 hours away repeatedly if I was treated good as a consumer. However, now... they will never receive my business.

I was very impressed with both Nick, service advisor, and Matt, service technician, regarding the care and attention to detail they showed with my 2019 ZR1 corvette. They were both very patient and accommodating with all of my questions and concerns on servicing such a rare car and put me at ease. The entire team was incredible. Ella even took time away from a vacation to keep in contact to finalize the sale. I’d drive the 1.5 hours again driving past other dealerships for their service. They made you feel as they appreciated you. Customer service isn’t a top priority for a lot of other dealerships that I visited. It certainly was with Ken.

My goodness, everyone is super nice, upfront about everything. Great offers, but I have to say out of all the things i have to say, is how amazing there customer service was. They didn't just help me, they thought ahead of me. (Sent vehicle I wanted to get recalls checked immediately after I looked at it and displayed interest). My deal took 36 hours from start to end with minimal time spent at the dealership. Not a Chevy guy, but definitely will revisit for any future purchases.
