Really chatty, professional, polite and helpful staff. Facilities are modern and well kept. Prices are competitive to other storage in the area. Only slight downside is that facility isn't 24 hour access. Only accessible in business hours. Upside to that is, it's secure out of hours.

Ideally located (for us) storage building with friendly staff and a good introductory rate. I've had 0 issues and if I needed storage again I wouldn't think twice about using. Never been too busy when I've been and the trollies are in good working order etc. The only issue which didn't really affect us was the opening times, short days on weekends and typical opening hours during the week.

Have been meaning to do a review sooner. Have been with these guys for months now and honestly cannot fault the staff, always cleaning which considering the current times is a big comfort to know that they work hard to provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for customers while being always on hand for any questions/help. It’s great as a customer to feel valued. Would recommend this storage branch to anyone looking for affordable storage. Thanks guys!

Lovely, helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Loading bay had plenty of space to move stuff around. Storage unit was easily accessible. Very pleased all round!

Used Lok n Store to store property whilst moving house. We chose them due to their good customer service and they had a good deal on for the first couple of month's storage. All ran really smoothly...really nice, clean place. Friendly staff who are always happy to help. No problems and would recommend. Thanks

Took 700 sq feet of temporary storage here from March, fantastic customer service and gave us options that we simply couldn't get from other providers, open shared storage, free forklift support to offload pallets, really flexible to adding more area as we required and continued advice on the options available to us. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and will use again if the need arises
