Moved here after a terrible experience at another surgery, where an appointment would take 4/5 weeks, every time I have rang Longlevens surgery I have been rung back within 2 hours maximum by a doctor and have the option to send photo of injuries as opposed to going into the practice. Exceptional service throughout.

Always great. All of the staff here and always helpful. Don't try fobbing you off either they'll hear you out and then refer for all of the right tests. Amazing wish I'd moved to this surgery before I did.

Dr's are excellent if you can get to see one! As a family we have been using this surgery for 19 years. I don't expect same day service but 3 weeks before the first appointment as a standard is useless. Online booking is even worse with longer waits.

Moved to this surgery after endless issues with the other local surgery. So much better - helpful and polite staff, parking, opening hours that fit in with people working 9-5.

Really good and friendly staff, unfortunately their IT systems need to correspond. But this is the only fault I can find in the service and delivery that is provided by everyone involved.
