Ordered a turbo charger on Wednesday, received and installed back an running on Friday. Lr Direct is cheaper and faster the part stores here in Kuwait. From now on, I oreder parts from Lr Direct without bothering to check local stores even though they are minutes away.
Promptly delivered. Haven't had time yet to install the parts I ordered, but I'm reasonably sure they'll be fine.
Terrible customer service. 1 year warranty on a product that is faulty, but near impossible to get LRdirect to honour the warranty. 3 months and counting, endless calls and emails and still no resolution! False promises of timelines, return calls and refunds, none of which have been carried through.
