After 12 years of managing several properties for me it is verry dispointing to be threatened with court. I was of the understanding letting agents were there to help and advise. In this case charged for a contractor to visit and report on works to be completed, and said ther contractor needs to undergo the works or they won't sign it off. Works I could have got completed by one of our contractors ended up costing hundreds and faced with cort threats when suggested the works are a 38% higher then ive been quoted. :(

Excellent property purchase would recommend highly. As first time buyers we didnt quite know what to expect. Adam was the main person we dealt with, though everybody we meant was great, it was good to have Adam to liaise with and to help speed up the process. Collected the keys from the office which was again a smooth process. When we went into the property we were very happy the property was completely empty and extremely clean. Overall, very happy with the home buying journey through Martin & Co and thanks once again to Adam for making each stage for a first time buyer as simple as possible.
Myself and my girlfriend went to view a couple of properties with Martin & co last week. We met with Adam. This was the best experience we have had viewing properties as Adam was polite and he wasn’t trying to rush us through the properties even though it had gone past their closing time he let us view the flats properly. I highly recommended Martin & Co if your looking to rent or buy look into these guys because they are brilliant.
