Awful surgery! They have dumped the regular doctors in favour of locoms who dont have a clue about you or your medical problems so most of your appointment is spent explaining that last few years! It has taken me 3 days to get an answer on the phone, a referral was meant to be made but the locom didnt bother and regular medications are changed without any notice.

Had my flu jab on Saturday, very well organised, no queuing, seen straight away, both my husband and I in and out within 2 minutes. All social distanced. Very impressed.
Rubbish surgery! Advised them over a month ago my elderly mother of 90 was moving home. Gave them all the details. New address, new pharmacy. Was not advised to inform new pharmacy to contact them for repeat prescription. Therefore mum has had no meds. Receptionist tried to blame new pharmacy. Asked old pharmacy how did they know about mums prescription. They said they were informed by surgery originally t of her prescription and then to send a request every 4 weeks for a repeat. Over 10yrs ago. Never been a problem. Dr also changed mother's address back to old address as she was confused! After call out! Therefore antibiotics had old address on collection! Had to explain mother had just moved. Dr assured me there would be no problems with repeat prescription! Receptionist basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about! Oh and I as a hard working member of society! Pay their wages! Total sham!
Absolutely rubbish Gp I have an implant contraceptive under my arm always on bleeding I asked them thousands time to take it out for me but they said we will wait till due date they never prescribed me for the right tablet to stop bleeding the receptionist so rude too
I never seen a GP receptionist like this GP surgery. When I was on holiday in Isle of Wight, my mum had a stroke and she was admitted in hospital there for five days. As we are away from home they discharged early and advised to consult GP here and take further treatment, so I temporarily registered here on last Wednesday as she visiting this country and not registered previously. When I tried to take appointment on Friday I was told she was not registered yet and they will complete the registration by Friday. But when I call today, they told they didn’t get time and it’s already one week now. I feel very bad and never seen irresponsible receptionist like this
