Awful service. Over 4 weeks trying to get delivery to my 82 year old vulnerable Shielding mum. OX9 Appreciate it’s a very difficult time but 12 opportunities MWF to get it right. Waited along time to get account in the last 4 weeks only had one delivery of 1pint & 1pint orange juice on a Tuesday! Tried phone many times long wait and web chat 3 people promised to sort it out. Quick to take money for non delivery. So disappointed thought this would help us but has been so complicated
