Everything is far cheaper than the high street stores. Very cheerful staff. The aisles are a little narrow but that to pack in all the stuff on offer. Plenty of bargains that you need to buy when you see them; they won’t be there when next you visit. Parking is easy in the adjacent multi storey.

My visit this evening was pleasant. The young lady, who was sorting out the ladies wear. Was so helpful, she was so lovely. Wish I'd got her name. She's a credit to the store.
Just lots if old stock that has not sold, and it's obvious why. Drab colours, fabrics with no body and badly creased. Not up to standard.
Decent sized store are there some decent bargains to be had across the ranges. You need to get lucky with the sizes they have available - being an outlet/end-of-line store often the popular sizes are not available. Staff were very friendly and the fitting rooms offer proper privacy. Easy parking, and plenty of other shops and eateries close by.
Sad to see how M&S have lost the plot trying to please everyone but ending up pleasing nobody

Very disappointed with the service when returning my granddaughters items for exchange. The assistant was impatient and abrupt and we it came across that it was too much trouble to swap for the correct size so we ended up with a credit note to return at a later date. Certainly disappointing.
Great with 50% off. Monitoring numbers entering the store too. Lovely staff
