Recently I had cause with my wife to visit a Branch office. The service during this Covid period was superb. In addition the lay out and decor of this branch is exceptional and Nationwide should take a good look at this branch as being a model for others. I have visited two other branches during Covid. At one It was like being accosted on the street having to r plain very openly why I was daring to visit a branch. Well done Gloucester branch. Do pass this note onto Head Office.

I thought one of the staff members was pretty rude a young dark hair women, and I was not happy the way she spoke to me! If I dont understand the question, don't talk down to me, its rude!! just say it clearer or a different way to help me. Other than that she did handle my requests well but could of been a bit politer instead of talk to me like she didn't care bit annoyed and demonstrates some bad customer service Annd of course there is no response to this one, like I said awful customer service and I will be changing banks. Can't even deal with problems shake my head. Santander sound like they sort things nicely

Efficient and polite staff
Never had any problem here.Quick to process anything.Rarely wait more than 2mins to see cashier.Only waited longer because of lots of people in queue,even then,didn't have to wait long.*UPDATE*Now use machine,for deposits,making 1-2 min visit,only 10 seconds.
