Good quality meat. Clean and product is always well presented. I can honestly recommend as they have special items you won't find at the big convenience stores, beef shin, oxtail etc. Also the first butcher who doesn't give a lame excuse as they why they can't assist with a specific cut of meat and will get you a flat iron, or piece of chuck if you asked.
