I purchased a car last week, I have to say the service I received from Carl was fantastic. A very easy transaction from start to finish. I love the new car, as you can imagine buying a car without actually seeing it in person and driving in the current lockdown conditions is quite daunting. Carl put my mind at rest and the car was exactly as he described when it was delivered. I would definitely use this garage again. Thank you.

Car had been painted down NS. Now the paint is flaking and cracking on both doors and rear arch. Closer inspection there are a multitude of paint problems. Small runs sanding Mark's and dirt in the paint. Car was delivered not detailed and overspray on window. Now resale value is extremely poor. Not saying all cars here are of this poor quality but buyer beware.
Possibly the most simple used car purchase I’ve made. Although taking a small risk buying without a test drive due to COVID, from the initial phone call to driving away was easy and simple as well as reassuring. Drove away in an immaculate car completely as described, Tom’s customer service was great & would not hesitate to use Nick King again.
Asked questions regarding the purchase of a vehicle online and what refund policy there was which wasn’t clearly explained – they are just looking for a quick sale. I really liked the car and its pretty rare to find but I wanted my deposit back. So, if you see a vehicle you really like I’m sorry but turn away and find another dealer. I spoke to Tom, who seemed happy to take the deposit but when I asked some questions, he was rude and said “I was a fussy customer”. There are some good reviews on here which I took in accounts and tried to ignore the bad ones but they are just shocking. “Car comes with 12 MOT” that’s great I thought, but they do it themselves and it seems like they overlook some issues. Asked for a copy of the service history and Tom said its “just a book with stickers in it” and seemed reluctant to send it. If the customer service is bad now what will it be like if there was a problem after 2 weeks with the car.
Always a good selection of cars at great prices. Friendly staff who were always willing to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.
