Great gym, need more smith machines though! Everything else perfect

The gym itself is great, and everything is being kept clean and following covid safety. Unfortunatley the spa/pool area is very tired and dated. Hopefully they invest some money into it as it doesn't match up to the gym and therefore the price of membership.

Love this gym! The staff are lovely and the facilities are great - especially the pool and hot tub! Does get pretty busy at peak times though and some of the popular classes can be difficult to get on to. Overall a great experience, with plenty of free parking.

I'm enjoying the experience so far. The staff are actually really friendly and helpful. The weights section isn't the biggest, but there is enough to get a solid workout in. The spa area is nice and relaxing overall. But obviously you can hear the noise from the pool which could be off putting to some. The actual pool is well maintained it seems and doesn't have too much chloride in it which commonly burns ones eyes. The showers are really nice, you can even have a freezing cold shower if you want which is what I prefer personally. The changing rooms are clean and tidy too. No complaints . just one thought there is a constant knocking noise - quite loud in the steam room. That can make it hard to relax and I'm not even sure what it is. The car parking is also good too, you'll always get a space.

Brilliant place. Amazing gym, real top notch equipment, you couldn't ask for more. Great cafe, and the pool / sauna / steam room / jacuzzi is brilliant also. When you put it all together this is really amazing value for money.

Great gym - I recommend the Personal Training (especially Scott Walker who is very flexible & able to tailor sessions according to needs). Membership is very reasonable for all the facilities offered. Post the refurb things are looking very nice.

Now that the referb is complete there isn't a better gym in Gloucester. Well worth it for the price! The equipment is second to none, the staff are friendly and the gym is always spotless. Very happy with it.

Be very careful when you sign up with a 12 month contract. They can change the opening hours of the gym to close earlier and still charge the same amount but dont give the members the choice to cancel membership if the hours no long suit them ( surprise its in the contract they can do what they want). Also will send debt collectors after you the minute you dont pay even when you say you'll pay for it and have an agreement in place to pay as they couldn't set direct debits up in time for payments to come out. Avoid at all cost. Tried to cancel but they dont listen and wont let you cancel early. Constantly quote about memebership contract which i can't view on my online account, also not emailed when i joined online. So never had chance to read it.
