I received brilliant service from The assistant store manager heather. I could see from walking into the store that they were short staffed, yet heather went above and beyond her duty to make me feel welcomed. However I did not appreciate being asked for my email when I was checking out. The prices could be looked at, as I could of spent my money else where on a cheaper ink. However, after hearing that heather will be leaving, I will be taking my custom Elsewhere

For some reason I keep going back there, despite being subconsciously aware that they probably wont have what I need, or what they do have will end up being way more expensive than it ahould be. Staff are friendly enough, but the place just looks depressing and bare. I went there today to get a shipping box and some bubble wrap. Their selection of boxes was dire for an office outlet, and the only bubble wrap I could find was on a high shelf with no price tag. I went and asked for a price, to be told it was 4.99 for 1 metre. I paid it because I thought I had no choice, but then I remembered that Big Yellow across the road sold packing materials, so I went there and paid 80p a metre instead, then came back and got a refund.
Thankfully will soon be replaced by a better store.....which won't need Heather...especially after her lottery win.
Well stocked products clean and quiet store. Best the staff especially Ricardo the store manager , friendly and professional help my out with some prints that I need when I was traveling in U.K. Making the difference, I could notice a passionate professional doing his job at the highest standards .
Helpful and friendly staff I went in to get a new printer and was met with quite a selection, I was helped by a member of staff that was knowledgeable on which would be suitable for me. Came away with a printer at a good price and was easy to set up.
This closed a long time ago - why is it still be advertised as open?

Went in looking for something specific, the staff here helped me find it immediately and even offered me a discount as I was buying for a youth group! Extremely helpful and efficient:)
