They just didn’t listen! We love our music and spent hours putting together a set list after checking this was okay months before our wedding. We repeatedly checked they had all the songs we had asked for (they took a long time to respond and needing constant chasing!) and they confirmed all was set for the BIG DAY. When they arrived they came to see us and told us they would play a load of ‘cheesy songs’ before the first dance. We asked if he could stick to the list we had provided but he refused! Then proceeded to play a load of songs we hadn’t asked for and missed a load of our favourite songs. We understand a lot of people are happy with cheese but we were very clear about our requirements from day one. I wouldn’t go as far as to say they ruined our big day but they should listen to their clients and be honest about what they are and aren’t willing to do. I would not recommend if you know what you want and it isn’t cheese!
