I came to a point where I was desperate for relief from my neck, jaw and upper back pain. I'm an RN and was trying not to self diagnose, but with a tiny bit of relief from stretching, I started thinking maybe I could benefit from cervical decompression. After a quick Google search, I landed on Ottawa Spinal Decompression Center. My first appointment was easy to book and I was put at ease by how compassionate and knowledgeable Andrew was. I never felt pressured, I actually left that appointment with excitement and full of hope that he would be the answer to my problems. Although I came to Andrew thinking I needed decompression therapy, he educated me on why I didn't need it and how I was actually a chiropractic patient instead. I'm about 2 months into treatment (2-3 times a week) and out of 7 days of the week, I have gone from 5-6 days of pretty intense pain to only maybe 1-2. What makes Andrew so special is that he knows first hand what it's like to suffer from chronic pain. He truly and deeply wants the best for every single one of his clients. He isn't a conveyor belt chiropractor. He uses different tools to prepare your muscles/body for the adjustment. I even bought one of the massagers he uses because that pre-adjustment body massage is the BEST. The only critical thing I have to say, is that there isn't 2 of him!!!!!!!!

Monika is amazing. Very professional. Her deep tissue massage get to the heart of your issue and offers relief almost right away. I have never felt better. No shoulder or neck pains at all. My mobility has improved. I can't say enough about her. I will never go back to a basic massage. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Monika is awesome....I have been having some issues after having hip resurfacing surgery. There is a difference between a massage and a deep tissue massage/ sport massage. Monika is very informative and professional. My hip mobility has improved greatly. Booking an appointment with Monika was the best thing for me and my hip.

Chiropractor - Andrew is not your average chiropractor who does a quick adjustment without preparing your body. He takes the time to make sure your muscles are ready for the adjustment. Andrew was able to get rid of my lower back and leg problems. He is very kind and will go the extra mile to ensure that his patients receive the best chiropractic care possible. He is amazing!! Massage Therapist - Monika is known for her deep tissue massages. She works hard at getting deep into problem areas until she gets results.
