Probably worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with would strongly recommend to never deal with this place and staff would rate 0 stars if possible

Staff are very welcome to new staff and visitors always friendly and smiling
I cannot thank everyone at Park View enough for the help and support over the past few weeks. A big thankyou for everything you did for my Father and for my Mother who is with you currently.I am so grateful to you all. I feel that Park View is a big bonus for Gloucester and the Care and support of all the staff is brilliant. Thank you to everyone and I will always be so grateful to all concerned.
My mother moved into Parkview last August, and she is settled, and very happy. She has some very specific nursing and dietary needs, these are all very well dealt with by the on site nurses, and the Chef. Meals are cooked on site to meet the specific needs of the residents, which is very different than other care homes we explored. The carers truly care, and I have observed a major improvement in my mother’s sense of security and contentment, since her shift to Parkview. I also have peace of mind knowing that she is being well cared for, especially as I do not live in the UK. I speak to her most days via FaceTime, and she updates me on the organised activities and events that she attends, when she feels up to it.
My wonderful Grandma was placed here after we looked all over for somewhere to support her dementia as was not allowed to return home from hospital after a bad fall. She remained very frightened and confused for the duration of her stay. Some of the staff were genuinely lovely, attentive and patient. I did however on one occassion witness one of the carers being abusive and bullying towards her. I lodged a complaint, but the management negotiated hard and encouraged me to accept it was just one bad egg. The said staff member though continued to be employed, which in hindsight I should have stood my ground and demanded a full investigation. That horrible person was a bully and would have been better suited to a job packing boxes on a factory line with no human contact. Sadly my grandmother deteriorated fast in there and died after only 2 months at Park View. Plus points - cafe with activities for the residents. Facilities new (for now) Lots of security to prevent any wanderers roaming free
